Welcome to SyncWrite!

By using SyncWrite's products, services or web sites ("SyncWrite services"), you agree to the following terms and conditions, and any policies, guidelines or amendments thereto that may be presented to you from time to time (collectively, the "Terms of Service").  We may update the Terms of Service in the future, and you will be able to find the most current version of this agreement on our website.

1. USE OF SERVICES
 

SyncWrite, offer SyncWrite services to you, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction.  In order to access certain services, you may be required to provide current, accurate identification, contact, and other information as part of the registration process and/or continued use of SyncWrite services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify SyncWrite of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. SyncWrite cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your password secure.   

2. SYNCWRITE PRIVACY POLICY

SyncWrite is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection of any information you share with us. You can visit most pages on our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request.

Use of your Personal Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

To ensure our site is relevant to your needs.

To deliver services, such as newsletters, events, or software that you request or purchase.

To help us create and publish content most relevant to you.

To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services from SyncWrite, if you so request.

4 SOFTWARE AND AUTOMATIC UPDATES
 

Your use of any Software provided by SyncWrite will be governed by this Terms of Service and any additional terms and conditions of the end user license agreement accompanying such Software.  SyncWrite may automatically check your version of the Software and may automatically download upgrades to the Software to update, enhance and further develop SyncWrite services, including providing bug fixes, patches, enhanced functions, missing plug-ins and new versions.

5. NO RESALE OF SERVICE
 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of SyncWrite services, use of SyncWrite services, or access to SyncWrite services.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
 

SyncWrite reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, SyncWrite services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that SyncWrite shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of SyncWrite services.

7. TERMINATION 
 

You may discontinue your use of SyncWrite services at any time.  You agree that SyncWrite may at any time and for any reason, including a period of account inactivity, terminate your access to SyncWrite services, terminate the Terms of Service, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to SyncWrite services, your account or any files or other content contained in your account.

8. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS; LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

      

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED OTHERWISE IN AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SYNCWRITE, ALL INFORMATION AND SOFTWARE ON THIS WEB SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SYNCWRITE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE OR OTHER DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE REFERENCED BY OR LINKED TO THIS WEB SITE.

9. ADVERTISEMENTS
 

Some SyncWrite services may be supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions on the service. The manner, mode and extent of advertising by SyncWrite on its services are subject to change. You agree that SyncWrite shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred by you as a result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on SyncWrite services.

10. NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES 
 

You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Terms of Service, there shall be no third party beneficiaries to the Terms of Service.

11. NOTICE 
 

You agree that SyncWrite may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms of Service, by email, regular mail, or postings on SyncWrite services.
